Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.
Condition Requirements
Products must be returned in their original condition — unopened, unused, and with all seals intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use or tampering.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team at support@akelixa.com with your order number to initiate a return. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
Final Sale Items
Gift cards, subscription products, and items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or refunded.
