Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (domestic), 7-14 business days (international)
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (domestic), 3-5 business days (international)

Shipping Rates

Complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $100. Express shipping is available for a flat rate of $12 domestically and $25 internationally.

International Shipping

We ship to over 20 countries worldwide. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched. You can also track your order from your My Account dashboard.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some products may be restricted for international shipping due to local regulations.
